The 80/20/10 Framework
80% of slate budget in cash games (H2H, 50/50, Double-Ups), 20% in GPPs. Never risk more than 10% of total bankroll per slate.

Volume assumes your last-30-day pace. The Bear / Base / Bull bands are one standard deviation of your actual weekly ROI, scaled to the horizon — they widen when your results are streaky and tighten when you're consistent. Override any input above to run what-ifs. This is an extrapolation of your own history — not a promise, and variance always gets a vote.
